Hello and Welcome

Welcome to our thoughts and musings about successful coaching. Today I was thinking how vital it is to use qualified and supervised coaches to ensure business success. In these challenging times budgets must be spent wisely and organisations need to be using coaches who have evidenced experience as well as an understanding of the business context. e.g. HR Strategies are under intense pressure and review - can you trust your coaches to be aware of legislative tensions, to work in the best interests of the organisation as well as the individual. Are your coaches still coaching for increased expectation or are they helping highly pressurised people manage their responses to new and increasing challenges. 'Coaching for Performance' takes on a whole new meaning in these exceptional times.
